Shipping

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

For personalized/custom items it can take 1-7 days depending on approval times. We send approvals via email and ask that you respond with 24 hours of receipt of the email in order to process your order in a timely manner. For further details see Personalized/Custom Orders. 

Shipping 

The following shipping methods are available, FREE Standard Ground shipping (10-14 business days) to Canada and the USA. Expedited (3-5 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using expedited shipping due to the delivery address. These items will only have standard ground available.

Standard Ground:

Shipped orders should arrive in 7-10 business days depending on delivery location. We generally ship with Canada Post.

Expedited:

Expedited orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 am Atlantic time on a business day and should arrive in 3-5 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make one delivery attempt and leave a notice with instructions on where to pick up the package. The carrier will hold the package for 5 business days before returning it back to Home of my Heart Clothing Co.

 Shipping Notes

• Personalized/Custom Orders require an email approval. We will send you a photo of your personalized design. A return email of approval must be sent within 24 hours of the proof email otherwise the item will be produced and mailed to the recipient.  All personalized products are final sale. 
• Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays).
• All orders require a full mailing address, e-mail address and phone number.
• Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses.
• Pre-orders: Pre-order items are new or restocked items that are on their way but haven't been stocked in our store as of yet. These special items can be purchased in advanced. Payment is taken at a checkout and your credit card or PayPal account will be billed immediately. It can take up to five (5) weeks to receive your item(s) however we will work to deliver them as quickly as possible.  If you ordered multiple items from HomeOfMyHeart.ca, your entire order will ship together. This includes pre-order items and regular stock items.
